Due to increased operational activities and our ambitious growth targets we want to expand our Institutional Sales Team with a Sales Support & Organisation Manager in Vienna.
Your responsibilities:
- Client & Team Support
- Organisation and preparation of materials and presentations
- Office-Management
- Appointment preparation/Organisation of road shows, client events, etc.
- Cooperation and coordination activities with Allianz Global Investors
Your profile:
- Teamplayer
- Self-efficiency
- Client centricity & communication skills
- High level of motivation & commitment, flexibility, mental capacity
- Relevant university degree and/or school leaving exam with at least 3 years of appropriate experience (Bank/KAG/Investment company)
- Corresponding internships and experience within the investment sector
- Fluency in English (other foreign languages would be an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
